ACL Autos has been trading in Barking for over thirty years, during that time we have built a solid reputation for high quality workmanship, reliability and a fair pricing structure. We will always do our best to help our customers, ranging from a simple service to more complex problems that have occurred with their vehicles. Often this involves specialist work when extensive mechanical damage has taken place, requiring a high degree of knowledge, skill and technical prowess.
Our work varies from repairing vehicles that have seized because of flood damage, suspension and electrical failures due to rodent infestation, internal fires, automatic gearbox and manual transmission problems, and many other unusual situations that have required us to be highly innovative; both in how we approach these jobs and sourcing the right materials. This enables us to get the customer back on the road without their vehicle being written off, and most importantly, driving as it did originally.

Andrew Lowe
Andrew was born in Ilford, Essex, in 1958 and attended Mayfield boys’ school. After completing an apprenticeship in the motor trade he started his own business.
Although his passion for writing had to take a back seat to a successful business career for many years, he wrote creatively at every opportunity and finally published his first novel, The Medusa Conspiracy, in 2012. The sequel, The Medusa Files, followed in 2016.
